I am a lifelong Rhode Island resident educated in Rhode Island public schools and have been a high school social studies teacher for 20 years. My wife and I chose to live in the town of Smithfield because it was clear that the school system was working to provide a high-quality education.  The district believes in innovation and focuses on educating the whole child.

We are proud parents of two Smithfield Public School students. Our son is in the 10th grade and our daughter is in the 7th grade.  We love this community and our schools.
